1. This small tool is just for the draft downtilt angle calculation and it can be used during rf design .

The calculation result can be optimized based on the NetPlan simulation result . And the ant. Downtilt

should be adjusted and finally decided by system interference situation , traffic distribution and balance

and cell coverage improvement when system optimization is deployed .
