1. Roughly cost between leased line and ADSL ISP service for comparison
2. Do the carrier/vendor provide any SLA with client ?
3. RTT time from Shanghai ISP to NY or Tokyo gateway ?
4. Will the vendor/carrier capture and analyze the ISP traffic ?
5. What is limitation of the ISP service ? Any think will be blocked ?
