Technical support Engineer
1 Responsibilities & Tasks:
Booking/RTT ticket support
o Generate statistics report
o Ticket owner (Engineer) assignment
o NW# check for SL3/4 ticket
o Check and correct the severity
o Booking conflict management
o General Admin work related to lab services: help desk support
2 Position Qualifications:

o Ability to analyse, trouble-shoot and resolve problems

Qualification and Experience Requirements
o BSc level or the equivalent
o Proficient in both oral and written English. Japanese is a merit
o Basic telecommunication knowledge
o Very good knowledge on Excel is a merit
Additional Requirements
o Proficient in using related tools needed for request handling
o Good capability in prioritize the work
o Working in very careful and patient attitude
