Particular combination of skills
1. At least 5 years of Wirelss project engineering experience ;
2. Familiar with HUAWEI SRAN solution, network structure 2G/3G/4G and typical protocol 3GPP ;
3. Familiar with HUAWEI BSC6900/BSC6910/BTS3900/BTS3910/U2000/PRS product ;
4. Excellent team player in cross-functional environment ;
5. Must be proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Duties and responsibilities
1. SRAN network deployment and Technical issue troubleshooting ;
2. Wireless daily engineering actions: KPI monitoring/ alarms clearance/ report preparation/ configuration implementation ;
3. Network guarantee in Festival and Duty calls according schedule,
Critical operation guarantee ;
4. Communication with customer to discuss about technical solutions.
5. New deployment or expansion operation for BSC6900/BSC6910/BTS3900/BTS3910/U2000/PRS product .
6. Technical support for new pilot solution if needed.
