Job Description:
The candidate will be acting as Quality manager and Competence Development manager for Nokia UDM product team(HLR/HSS), responsible for defining/tracking KPI and goals, integrating quality into UDM Tribe programs and culture, driving Cloud Core level quality KPI Analysis, and needed RCA/EDA with Product teams, promoting best practice sharing across tribes/squads, leading Continuous Improvement framework and activities within product house, Leading competence development across squad groups and drive release quality improvement year over year.
Experience/Knowledge:
Well knowing the end to end software process including waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.
Be familiar with Continuous Integration and DevOPS
Be familiar with MySQL, and Oracle etc DB techniques.
Good knowledge on IMS/VOLTE/HLR/HSS products.
The experience on Cloud OpenStack/VMware etc techniques is a PLUS.
Experience in quality management related project is a PLUS.
PMP certificate is a PLUS
Be responsive, devoted and with fighting spirit.
Fluent verbal and written English, CET-4 and above
