Title：ICT Engineer Job Summary: We are now looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Engineer. You will plan and operate the software and hardware solutions for the internal Ericsson users. As an ICT Engineer, you will ensure a stable environment and optimize the solutions/services to the agreed service levels in a cost efficient and timely manner. Additional services required by the customer are handled on a case by case basis. Competence Requirements ： - Good electrical knowledge within circuits and small electronic devices
- Good competence in soldering on open circuits, steady hand
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Structured and attention to detail
- Quick-learner and high perseverance
Responsibilities: - Modify & customize UE (test mobile phone) as per R&D request
- Re-flash, battery investigation, HW Fault troubleshooting, and more.
- Install the test mobile phones into Shielded boxes and connect RF, USB, LAN. In line with installation guidelines and demands
- Create cost effective solutions through activities in network design, planning and deployment
- configure and integrate nodes and solutions into networks (new and existing)
- maintain the environment at an operative state
- contribute to continuous improvements in the organization
- provide the technical support handling of internal and external customers
