Get help fromthe SmartCare departments/areas and expand the development and delivery.2.1 Research stage: make the advanced and highly-focus solution to ourcostumer and responsible for the purpose, research solution and architectureaccording to transformation of terminal user as purpose, the combination of theanalyst of industry competition and development, and the condition of salesexpansion and project delivery.2.2 Pre-sale stage: Understand customer guidance materials, businessconsulting and output, understand and analyze customers to establish user andbusiness needs and commercial value and business operation system centeroperations, a framework of overall technology scheme, support the sales staffto complete the technical proposal2.3 Delivery stage: decompose the terms of the contract, the outputsolution architecture design documentation, including but not limited to KQImodeling, alarm rules, report customization, integration and docking, SLA andacceptance standard planning, planning guide for LLD design, and is responsiblefor the customer interface, communication and clarification2.4 Recognition of risk when SmartCare solutions inter-working withcustomer's system, actively guide customers to make full use of already buyfunction, to create value for customers. Through analysis and summary thedelivery process, improve the planning and design of the front of the productsbased on customer value 3 Requirement for candidates:3.1 With the traditional wireless network optimization, OSS/BSS, SQM/CEMcross domain industry 10 years and above experience, Understanding operatoroperation and maintenance system, understand industry trends and development ofthe future business.3.2 Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Engineeringor Systems Engineering. Other qualifications (such as TM Forum certification inBusiness Process or Customer Experience) are advantage3.3 Good understanding and Familiar with Thailand Telecom Operator areadvantage.3.4 Willing to lean new technical knowledge and have new challenge3.5 Good communication skills and customer relationship maintenanceskill3.6 High achievers who are ambitious, energetic, independent, and ableto work well in a fast-paced changing environment, team player3.7 Able to work under pressure and stress and willing to work extrahour3.8 Fluent English and Chinese
