共享服务组织业务运作模式顾问：客户技术支持、远程交付、渠道与营销支持的业务规划能力
1、开展客户技术支持、远程交付、渠道与营销支持业务的业界领先实践研究；
2、EBG GSC在客户技术支持、远程交付、渠道与营销支持业务 及全球能力布局的规划；
3、针对客户技术支持、远程交付、渠道与营销支持的关键业务能力短板开展业务设计，指导业务高效运作；

1、Excellent Practice Research of the TAC、Remote Delivery、and channel and marketing  support business
2、GSC（Global Share Center）business plan and business capability layout
3、Business design of the key business gap of the TAC、Remote delivery、and channel and marketing suppor,then guides the business highly effective operation

1、15年以上ICT行业经验，其中5年以上顾问公司从业经验，对共享服务组织业务运作/运营模式有深入研究；
2、对Cisco、AWS等交付及服务业务有深入研究，并熟悉客户技术支持、远程交付、渠道与营销支持的业务运作及运营管理；
3、掌握业务规划及业务设计方法论，可系统全面指导业务运作及卓越运营；

1、15+ years working experience in ICT industry,5+ years consultant experiences，and operating experience of sharing services organization
2、Having the deep research about TAC、remote delivery、channel and marketing support business operating of Cisco、 AWS
3、Grasping the business plan and business design methodology, and can guide business operation and operating management
