Job Objective:

Be responsible for Filter Unithardware design and corresponding verifications. You should have very goodcommunication skills with our suppliers and leverage your design experience toensure the quality. Cavity filter, not limited though, would be mainly involvedfor this job position.

Responsibilities:

·        Filter hardware design for dedicated hardware unit, such as radiounit

·        Supplier control and product verification for High QualityProducts

·        Perform Trouble Shooting during higher level system integration

·        Drive Continuous Improvements of filter technology

Qualification & Requirement:

·        Minimum master degree in a technical discipline or the equivalentlevel of knowledge with >=3 years experiences

·        Good radio knowledge of wireless radio transceiver

·        Excellent communication skill

·        English reading and writing is mandatory and oral English shall befairly good

·        Good understanding of Tele-communication

·        Responsible and professional in team

·        Knowledge with filter design software for simulation etc.

·        Skilled with raido test related instruments, such as signalgenerator, signal spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.

·        Proven experience with cavity filter design

·        Experience with tele-communication radio products is preferred

·        Experience with mass production radio unit products is highlypreferred
