Familiar with Amdocs MFS product system, experience of Amdocs MFS hardware, software, database maintenance and on-site trouble shooting experience.
•Integration and Test results verification for any new bundle/ patch/ fix/ functionality
•Feasibility check for any new service request raised by customer
•Manual Report generation in
  case of issue
•Rule Configuration for U-Market as per the requirement
•Commission/Bonus
  Configuration
•MSISDN series Configurations
  in U:Market
•
  SMS addition/ Configuration/
  Deletion
•
  Verification of File Sync
  after any configuration
•
  Verification &
  Validation of the system after any activity.
•
  Log analysis for issue
  identification
•
  To address frequent verbal
  queries from customer
•
  RCA Analysis & Reporting
  with help of L3 Team
•
  Ticket update on regularly
  basis as per discussion with Amdocs internal teams and customer
•
  Impact analysis & system
  behavior at L2 Level
•
  Event wise end-to-end log
  analysis (connector, core etc.) at L2 Level
•
  Current config, lib-bin
  listing to be attached on ticket for any incident
•
  Thread dump's in case
  application is in unknown state
•
  Fault recognition, isolation
  and forward to next level if not resolved at L2 level.
•
  Verify hot wallet configured
  for all high volume merchants
•
  Ensuring L2 level issue
  resolution
