1 Responsibilities:
Give the whole process support of facing the solution experience for CEM users from
pre-sale, development to delivery, and improve end-to-end technical scheme ability from pre-sales to delivery.
1. Research stage: make the advanced and highly-focus solution to our costumer
And responsible for the purpose, research solution and architecture
according to Transformation of terminal user as purpose, the combination of the
analyst of industry competition and development, and the condition of sales
expansion and project delivery.
2 .Understand customer guidance materials, business consulting and output, understand
and analyze customers to establish user and business needs and commercial value
and business operation system center operations, a framework of overall
technology scheme, support the sales staff to complete the technical proposal
3 .Decompose the terms of the contract, the output solution architecture design
documentation, including but not limited to KQI modeling, alarm rules, report
customization, integration and docking, SLA and acceptance standard planning,
planning guide for LLD design, and is responsible for the customer interface, communication and
clarification
4 . Recognition of
risk when CEM solutions inter-working with customer's system, actively guide customers
to make full use of already buy function, to create value for customers.
Through analysis and summary the delivery process, improve the planning and
design of the front of the products based on customer value
2 Requirement for
candidates:
A.
Experience:
More than 15 years or
above working experience in mobile internet or value-added
telecommunication industry background or working experience in consulting
industry, 5 years for CEM
SA experience.
B. Understanding operator operation and maintenance system,
understand industry trends and development, to the future business and user
experience operators operation mode as the center of the overall grasp ability
based on.
C. Qualifications: University degree, any other
qualifications (such as TM Forum certification in Business Process or Customer
Experience) may be considered as an advantage
D. Language: Fluent
English
