WCDMA 网络中，若使用HNB，则在HNB注册过程中会涉及到HNB标识，这是HNB全球唯一且永久性标识，那这个HNB标识到底是什么样的一种信息呢？
HNB Unique Identity uniquely identifies aHome NodeB or Home eNodeB.
The HNB unique identity shall be defined aseither a 48-bit or 64-bit extended unique identifier (EUI-48 or EUI-64).
For use in HNB certificates, the HNB UniqueIdentity shall be transformed intoa FQDN in the form:
