请教基站21M开通后是否会出现覆盖收缩的情况？

网上有人说开启21M后，载波的输出功率会减弱，覆盖会自动收缩。
按理说只有在开双载波，且整个小区输出功率不变的情况下，才会因为载波功率平均分配，导致一个载波的功率下降3dB。
但是广播信道如果在两个载波上都发射，终端采用MRC或者branch select都可以弥补这个功率下降啊。
请教各位牛人
如果用dual cell，是会缩小吧。但如果只是用64QAM，覆盖没变啊。
