各位，我看不懂协议里面的detect和identify究竟是啥区别。

The UEshall be able to identify a new detectable intra frequency SS block of analready detected cell within Tidentify_intra_without_index. It is assumed that deriveSSB-IndexFromCell is always enabled for FR1 TDDand FR2.
