中国移动将向中国广电有偿提供700MHz频段5G基站至中国广电在地市或者省中心对接点的传输承载网络。
在700MHz频段5G网络具备商用条件前，中国广电有偿共享中国移动2G/4G/5G网络为其客户提供服务。
中国移动为中国广电有偿提供国际业务转接服务。

十多年前gd自己的骨干网就建好了，要不然gd也不可能拿到牌照。近几年gd的骨干网进行了大规模扩容，省际干线都升级到了400G。

SBA架构，三层解耦，硬件层、虚拟机层、软件层是完全独立的。

亚马逊公有云AWS上已经有4G核心网产品了，你注册个AWS账号就可以开通属于你自己的4G核心网了。

这个问题的核心是你没有属于自己的基站，所以就算有核心网也没用，没有基站会去连你的核心网。

700M光电只是1:1出资而已，设备的采购建设维护全部由移动负责。

光电仅在财务上对700M接入网有所有权，实际上并不能去管理那些设备。跟某个虚商同时买了点移动的股票，成为了移动的财务投资者性质没区别。

实际上并不能去管理那些设备，设备还是全权由移动管理维护，跟虚商没区别，只是不用交租用费而已（因为建设的时候掏钱了）。

50%的投资也可以认为等同于10年的租金一次付清。跟虚商按月按年付租金无非是付款模式不同而已。
