主要的大T运营商, 会逐步依靠US强大的互联网技术, 云服务商(MS Azure, Amazon AWS, Google cloud), 以及Open(ORAN)的推进, 在逐步探索转型, 这个应该也是US想弯道超车的策略, 国内运营商以及设备商得想办法应对了.
不太可能一味回避, 除了研究和跟踪, 也得加入和创新.核心要点还是Open+cloud, 减少运营成本, 国内应该有类似的小规模创新运营商来探索这样的思路.

根据目前的形势，即使中国搞OpenRAN/ORAN，也是要去美的。因此如果去掉美国的芯片、服务器、软件协议栈和设计指导，国内如何搞OpenRAN/ORAN是个问题。
而且动机也要分析一下，对于国内运营商搞OpenRAN，前三的驱动力是什么？美国运营商要培养美国的通信设备产业链（虽然我们都认为整个通信都是夕阳行业了）；欧洲运营商主要解决供应商过少的问题。中国运营商主要解决什么问题？降Capex？降Opex？各自降哪一部分？还是为了培养鲶鱼，向华为和中兴压价？

要是能边缘计费和鉴权，还能保证安全性，运营商连核心网都不想要，这并不是什么需要强烈讨论的东西
