原因分析：

1、移动做 PCDN的用户太多了 100元/月 500M上传

2、跨国际骨干网容量不足

楼主的猜测带有恶意吧，欧洲-香港这段，2月断了几根超高容量海缆，目前线路卡顿，可不是移动的锅。海缆修复要一个半月。
移动国际也有传输的，虽然限制很多。你为啥不问问，azure scaleway 怎么不买呢

联通不拉 美国日本回程全直连

我同学上个月从淘宝买了一个tmobile的不限流量上网卡 每个月1200 只能通过淘宝店家续费 刚觉还不如我北方联通用软银或者直连美西的代理快呢 tmobile那上网卡虽然是直接tunnel回美国的 但是手机信号毕竟没那么稳定

之前在 0775晚上9点 从家里到市机房 175ms延迟 到米国也就这个数值而已

后来开完中期会议，完成了KPI就清退了大部分PCDN，网络又好了。

过1个多月又死灰复燃……

年终开完会又清一批

移动对于清理PCDN，没有决心，没有力度。就像野火烧不尽春风吹又生……

163 169 延迟都没这个夸张 就高峰速度慢一点

移动全天卡 基本上都是卡在香港
