这个是中国广电骨干网最新的描述，很显然骨干网不是现在才有的，而是很多年前就有了。事实上广电骨干网经历了几个阶段:广播电视光纤干线网早在二十年前就有了，2016年开始建设了广播电视互联互通平台（实际上是对原来的骨干网进行扩容，并替换了几个核心节点的路由器和交换机），然后今年又建设了中国广电互联骨干网

呵呵，长期不对等竞争的结果，广电拿到宽带牌照没几年，好在一切都在改变，近两年开通的交换中心出现了广电的身影，相信三五年内广电就能与三家正面竞争。

其实你这说的是接入网的事情，人家只需要提高接入流量的价格就卡你了；或者你用第三方出口和CDN也能优化。如果广电骨干网不被电信联通卡住，能互联互通的话，广电的宽带出口就切换到广电骨干网了。

原来的有线电视网络基本弃用了，新建的骨干都是高标准400G

目前只有长三角是400G，其余是100G/200G，预留400G/800G升级条件，当然几年前一些节点就是实现了100G，并且实现了三纵三横到五纵五横的升级，未来几年将继续向七纵七横升级。

我觉得这个骨干网更像是为广电国网-省网互联和省际互联而建，广电各省网仍会保留原有的与其他运营商的互联网出口，至少较大的那些省网还会保留。

国网和省网好多年前就实现了互联，当然以前的骨干网主要用于电视信号，带宽不足以承载所有业务。前些年骨干网进行了改造，实现了部分省份宽带集约化运营，上线了宽带电视业务。
