我公司现为某世界500强公司寻找2G/3G测试人才，要求如下：
1.Graduate from university with degree from Telecom, computer science, or EE 3+ years experience in telecom industry with at least 2 years experience of system test.
2.Good knowledge of mobile telecom 2G/3G (UMTS/EDGE/GSM/TD-SCDMA) with RAN and CN interface,and related protocols
Be familiar with test methods, process and tools. Good documentation capability.
3.Good understanding of testing concepts (unit/ component/ integration/ feature/ system test), test approaches (white box/ black box/ debugging), and test case definition techniques.
4.Be able to make test plan according to understanding of requirements, execute test plan independently
5.Good English capability (speaking, listening, and writing)
6.Good team work spirit, easy to cooperate with customers and team members.
7.Capability to work and to solve problems independently
8.Good communication skill
