roject Manager</span></p><p>Basic Requirement :</p><p>A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, telecom or related field is required.</p><p>Candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in requirements analysis, design, implementation and unit testing in Java development environment.</p><p>Candidates will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.</p><p>Experience developing Element Management System/Network Management System (EMS/NMS) is strongly desired.<br/>Candidates will require excellent communications skills in Mandarin and good communication skills in English to be able to translate system requirements to actual software design and to effectively understand, debug and correct problems faced by the teams in China and the USA. </p><p>Candidates will be responsible for independently taking a feature all the way from design to implementation and test.
