<p> 好的</p><p>*****************************************************************************************</p><p>这个功能我只能描述一下：</p><p>A打电话给B，然后A hold 与B的通话，再打电话给C（或者接到C打来的电话），然后A就利用ECT功能将B和C建立通话，A退出，但是A好像还是要为这个B和C的通话支付一定的费用，国外就有用这个功能来骗人的，发生在芬兰</p><p>- Cheater approaches victim and asks to loan his/her phone to make a very important call. One short call only. A generous compensation (money) is offered.<br/>- Cheater gets the phone, turns around, makes a call and puts the call on hold. He quickly makes a second call and then uses explicit call transfer to connect the two remote parties and disconnect himself. <br/>- Victim gets the phone back but has no way of knowing that a transferred call was left active on his/her bill. Worst case has been something like a 14 hour call to other side of the globe...<br/>不知道说的是否明白了</p><p>这个业务目前中国移动还不支持，国外运营商也不是全支持，需要自己找运营商要求开通，主要用于商务活动，目前我只知道Orange和Vodafone在英国有开通这个业务 </p>
