Position Name：Customer Maintenance Technical Support Engineer (Optics)

Job Description:

1.
Provide technical support to customer within area of assigned responsibility, trouble shooting SW, HW problems

2.
Provide technical support to customer emergency service affecting 24*7

3.
Provide on-site technical support to customer per business requirement.

4.
Provide technical training to customer & internal organizations within area of assigned responsibility

5.
Provides preventive and corrective maintenance support.

本来没做过通讯行业，现在要去面一个Support Engineer (Optics) 的职位，公司说欢迎没有技术背景但是乐于学习的人员。

说需要看资料后笔试，不知道该准备些什么，请大家帮忙出谋划策，万分感谢 :)
