你会错意了吧，是解码非服务小区的BCCH，不是当前小区。

解码邻小区BCCH是可以的但是LAC信息是没有的
系统消息3、4、6中有LAI 但那不是邻小区的LAI信息
邻区信息是解不出LAC信息的

既然解码邻小区BCCH是可以的，那么通过解码便能够得到邻小区（非服务小区）的系统消息。

真不知道信谁的好，但我们老师说是可以解析的出来邻小区的LAC，书上也没说能不能，只是说能解码6个邻小区BCCH载波的信号电平值和BSIC 。望更多的人参与讨论。

六个邻区的：
1,BCCH 不用解码，只是电平问题;
2,BSIC 30 秒内解出来;
3,BCCH 系统信息五分钟内解出来。
