根据在亚洲市场的建设经验：
Total Cost = OLT per line+ ONU per unit + ODN per line +labor cost per line
1.Total cost per line for FTTH is roughly USD280 currently.
2.Labor cost may alter much according to different areas and occupy roughly 40% of the total cost.
3.ONU occupies 1/3 of the total cost while OLT composition is very small.
4. OLT cost is based on full configuration on OLT.
5. Experience according Asian countries.

综合一下：
OLT 2% （满配） ONU 32% ODN 27% 工人建设成本 39%

人工成本占大头，ODU将会有下降的趋势。
