3GPP协议的10.5.6.3章中描述了Protocol configuration options information element格式，其中每个Protocal ID包含1个Protocol ID，1个长度指示和一个内容，内容为protocol options list，内容为RFC1661协议中的LCP帧，包含：
        1       Configure-Request
         2       Configure-Ack
         3       Configure-Nak
         4       Configure-Reject
         5       Terminate-Request


等，而这些帧中的格式为Identifier | Length| Data


请问一个protocol options list中是否可以包含多个LCP帧（只使用同一个Protocal ID）。格式如下：


Protocol ID 1  |  Length of protocol ID 1 contents |  LCP帧1  | LCP帧2  |  Protocol ID 2 | ......


在24008和RFC1661中都没有对此明确说明，请各位高手指教。

请问一下，为什么可以出现两个不同的LCP帧，用Protocol ID 1隔开呢？

如：

Protocol ID 1  |  Length of protocol ID 1 contents |  REJ帧  |  Protocol ID 2 |Length of protocol ID 2 contents |ACK帧？

而不能让LCP帧在一个Protocol中？
