华为的PTN和思科的IP-RAN是一个东西吗？

The standard PTN should be based on MPLS-TP. Not sure if Huawei release the product yet. but Cisco looks the first one release PTN based on MPLS-TP. Cisco's IP ran probably based on IP/MPLS Pseudowire
