carol is an eager,hard-working individual. Her co-workers and superiors
agree that she has a fun,outgoing personality,and that her positive and accommodating attitude makes her a great person with whom to work.Carol has a good work history,but her modesty prevents her from bragging about accomplishments.

sounds great.
but in this sentence "makes her a great person with whom to work"
i think it will be better replaced by "makes her a great person to work with
