Login Failure due to: protocol major version number

客户端移动10M光纤，使用VPN登陆BOSS系统时，联接不成功，出现的错误提示。在其他地方使用WLAN等使用VPN登陆正常。

我们这边的YD分公司一直没给解决，烦请哪位大哥大姐给予帮助。
