就目前了解：
More : for Human resources request.
CRM360 : for Sales process.
SAP : for project finanace but it is customized for ericsson. orginaly SAP operating system.
Microsoft project or WBS chart view for project managment process

比较零碎，不知哪位达人能够帮忙补充一下信息，如果能够说明或者提供一下主要IT系统的集成关系图的话，不胜感激涕零！！！
