Chief Engineer(RF)

Position: Chief Engineer

Direct Report to: R&DDirector

Work Location: Shanghai

Position purpose:

· We are looking for a technical expert with the position of Chiefengineer, in the design of Base Station Antennas and related research.

Responsibilities:

· Has design/research experience in BSA(Base Station Antenna) and canprovide technical direction to help RF engineers solving technical issues.

· Can provide technical training to application engineers and sale forcefor customer support.

· Participate in trade shows, technical conference, when required, topromote our products.

· Contribute to the technology road map for BSA.

· Work with global R&D team in technical exchange and collaboration

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years working experience in the RF design/research of BaseStation Antenna with a Ph.D. degree inMicrowave/Electro-Magnetic/Electronics/Telecommunication and other RF relateddiscipline.

· Be Able to communicate in both Chinese and English in technical field.

· May be required to travel outside of China for short-duration trips.

· Having the knowledge of communication systems andGSM/UMTS/WCDMA/LTE/TD-LTE technologies
