这个问题已经纠结了2个月有余，事情是这样的：某小区光纤入户，施工完成后，基站加olt设备，正常脚本开局。但是问题来了，一切就绪后，网管上看不到这个olt，ping  olt的地址可以ping通，但是不能从telnet连接；从这个olt可以ping通或Telnet任何一个其他的olt以及网管。目前试过的解决方法有1.重启；2.重新开局；3.换个新的olt；4.重新配置电路，答案是NO！好，把olt拿到中心机房直连上端设备9008，好了，网管可以看到了，但是不能这么搞。大神，求分析，求支招，万求！

---看现象，是OLT这一侧做的保护，禁止telnet和snmp协议。而把同一台OLT搬到中心机房就能够telnet和snmp，说明这个保护不是olt本地做的，是上层交换机或者路由器做的。

检查上层交换或者路由设备的配置吧。
