最近在讀標準時, 問到一些問題想要請教大家:
1. 在 3GPP 36.133-7.8 中定義許多 PCell interruption 需求. 其中 7.8.2.2.5 規定 : PCell interruptions due to measurements on the Scell is deactivated are allowed with up to 0.5% probability of missed ACK/NACK when measCycleScell >= 640ms. 請問大家知道這邊的 640 ms 與 0.5% 是依據甚麼樣的理由定出來的嗎?
2. 3GPP 在 36.213-5.1.4 中針對 power control mode 2 的設計提到 “if the time difference between the start of the two PRACH transmissions is less than 30720Ts”. 這表示對於大於1ms 的 preamble 不用考慮 PRACH power allocation? 為甚麼呢?
