换了几种模块都起不来，对端华为自协商，1000M模式都试了，显示no-tx-fault,查询模块能看到接收功率，发送显示no power，模块用的新飞通的1310 10Km的，对端华为交换机，可以确定不是模块和自适应的问题

你是整个OLT脱管了么还是怎么样，光模块你要看和对端的SW的光模块是否匹配，还有就是贝尔的这个上联口本身是不发光的，它收到SW过来的光才发光出去，现场测试光口有无发光需要把RX的尾纤接上去，你再去测试TX的光口发光，这样才能测到。如果你是换上联板，A板和B板需要分开换，就是等一块板起来了再去换另一块板，你两快板同时换是不行的。如果是OLT脱管了，还有一种情况，就是城域网的SW到SR之间的链路断了，这个你可以找城域网问问。希望以上可以帮到你。

模块没问题，提示无输出功率，接收能看到，模块换到其他设备上马上就亮，不是自协商的问题
换了N种模块，WTD 新飞通的都不行，对端华为交换机过来，千兆，自协商关，我随便接个中兴华为的OLT都能起来
确定不是光路和模块的问题，7360是单主控

7360不是双主板的么。上联板就是主板，既然光模块没事就换板，换到起来为止，厂家是这么跟我说的

7360上联光模块有认证的(他只认自家的设备),你如果是其他的光模块需要取消认证才行.
