2.13 Algorithm EngineerGeneral Purpose

Works as a R&D engineer mainly focusing onthe link layer algorithm design and development in LTE/LTE-A/5G. Besides,he/she shall give multiple supports for the system design, productspecification, software development and performance verification.

Main Responsibility Area

He/She has the responsibility for theproduct-level link layer algorithm development for the LTE/LTE-A/5G basestation. He/She is also responsible for developing the Matlab based simulator.He/She will supports other teams for solving complex engineering problems, andmay have close co-operations with global L1 algorithm experts, and also expertsfrom system simulation, system architecture, product development, productresearch and 3GPP standardization teams.
