要求:

Familiarity with the network performance optimization of UMTS.

nterprets network performance metrics on a daily basis to identify network performance issues.

Makes configuration changes such as azimuth and down tilt changes and air interface parameters.

Integrates new capacity and network elements into the network and measures performance.

Works with Network Operations to resolve customer impacting performance issues when identified.

Supports customer ' s complaint and issues troubleshooting.

Identifies and resolves network performance issue or core/transmission issues.

Utilizes existing system performance tools to post process and analyze data.

【C&Q Requirements】

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications related field or equivalent experience is required.

Strong written verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.

Experience with relevant equipment ,optimization tools.

Strong problem solving abilities. Moderate to minimum supervision over work product. Works independently on routine research and reporting functions.

Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, required

Optimization Engineer: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.Chinese.
