You will be responsibleto develop, execute and control project plans for technical projects in acomplex and challenging R&D and business environment. We are also expectingyou to be able to work effectively with Agile/Lean development environment.

You will definethe project scope together with Product and System Management, secure thenecessary resources with Line Management, and be responsible for projecttime plan, budget planning/costs, quality and risks by planning, monitoring andcontrolling all activities to get your project successfully executed withintime, scope and budget.

Responsibilities

- Definitionof project goals, objectives, strategies and priorities

- Settingup the project organization and securing resources

- Project Planning,Monitoring and Controlling Project Performance as well as subsequent reporting on progress andcost in the most efficient way to achieve the project objectives

- Executing the project,seeing to it that the goals are met and the requirements are fulfilled to the correctquality standard

- Manage new or changedrequirements as well as risks

- Delivering projecton-time, quality and to customer commitments

- Securing andmaintaining adequate and sufficient information distribution

- Building up anefficient project team and related forums as chairman, as well as for dissolving it with lessonslearned for organizational learning

Qualifications

- M.Sc. or B.Sc inComputer Science or telecommunication engineering or related discipline

- 5+ years of projectmanagement experience; experience in large matrix global organization is a plus

- Experience of R&DSW processes in large global organizations

- Very good written andoral communications skills in English

- Must be a good teamplayer, able to work cohesively within the team and across global teams toaccomplish results

- Excellent communicator,decisive, self-motivated, results-driven, people-oriented person with goodnetworking skills along with the ability to motivate employees in theorganization

- Strong ability to seethe whole picture and to focus on the important details in a pragmatic andresult oriented way and to challenge status-quo when needed

- Experience withAgile/Lean methodology is a plus
