2, communicate with subcontractor about resource, plan to guarantee that target could be achieved.
3, communicate with PM adequately about the plan and problems during the building implementation, support DC building to solve problems and achieve the targets.
4, make relationship with customer and project team,communicate with customer interface about building implementation, weekly meeting with team to introduce progress,feedback problems and push problems to be solved which belong to customer and Huawei.
5, cooperate with project's other business parts,such as integrated plan with the teams of DC equipments together, keep building implementation operates well which doesn't separate with others also.
6, Owner for quality of building Civil work. Reduce the gaps among delivered, feedback implementation status timely. Detail responsibilities referring to buildind implementation issues to get solved.
7, terminate contract or reduce salary： BCG issue, is not professional to control quality and plan on building implementation, always break displine of Huawei, always can not follow Huawei management of project team.
