1。Be responsible for Huawei IP/ Datacom products and the after-sales technical support (Implementation & Maintenance) in the field of IP/ Datacom Network Product in South Africa.2。Support the customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main service provider accounts.3。Deployment of all types of IP/ Datacom Network Elements.4。Promote Huawei IP (Datacom) solution in the account through effective technical delivery.5。Planning, and design of IPRAN to deliver capacity and quality KPIs6。Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team.6。Handle customer service request and track the SLA.7。The implementation and delivery for IP network project8。Summarize network sorted out issues and output case or product solutions on Huawei knowledge base.9。Design communications diagrams and solution based on customer requirements requirement:1.Good understanding of datacom, Solid experience of IP, MPLS, BGP/MP-BGP, traffic engineering and IP network design.2.More than 5 years working experience on IP projects delivery.3.Expert knowledge of TCP/IP and the OSI model4.Have IP-core or IP-ran network technical director experience. Experience with operators, other telecoms equipment suppliers or system integration suppliers is an advantage5.Very strong hands-on skills with extensive experience in the troubleshooting and solving complex network related issues.6.Need to be familiar with TCP/IP routing protocol and IP network design7.Understand the procedure of telecommunication project implementation and maintenance procedure.8.Good service spirit and strong communication ability9.Good team work and fluent English, mandarin speaking is preferred
