【职位简介】：

Ericsson IP Operation System is looking for senior softwaredevelopers for routing protocol development. You will be enrolled into thiscommunication technology development from prototype design to commercialdeployment covering every single step in the whole product life cycle chain.You as a software developer will work together with the most talentedcolleagues from all over the world to finish the feasibility study,systemization, software design, implementation and integration of our product,troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues and finally getting ourproducts up and running in customer network.

• Passionate to contribute routingplatform success in the highly-stressed and competed market

• Dedicated, technical professionalwith reputation of getting challenging job done

• Solid routing protocol experiencelike MPLS, BGP, OSPF, etc., and strong technical expertise

• Good communication skills in dynamic and global environment

Responsibilities:

• Requirement definition togetherwith system team

• Software and test case planning andarchitecture design

• Solution implementation,integration and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for document review,code inspection and other tasks required by quality process.

• End to end responsibility foron-time delivery with high quality.

• Drive and solve product integrationissues and customer issues

• Communication with stakeholders from global

Qualifications

•M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or telecommunication engineering or relateddiscipline

•3+ years developmentexperience in routing area, team leader experience is a plus

• Excellent C and C++ programmingskills

• Excellent development experience onL2 and L3 protocols in IP SW, like ERPS, CFM, BFD, MPLS, RSVP, PIM, IP Tunnel,ND, OSPF, BGP, ISIS etc.

• Strong knowledge of Router/Switcharchitecture

• Quality and efficiency minded,analytical thinking.

• Dedicated, result orientedprofessional with a reputation for getting the job done.

• Quick learner, willing to takechallenges, thriving in fast paced, high-pressure environment

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, goodcommand of both Mandarin and English
