在TD的寻呼分析中有如下描述：PCH：3个码道的单个寻呼分组 传输信道配置3×240。一个寻呼分组最多能放下寻呼记录数为（其中７位是用户面对寻呼记录的编码）IMSI，（240*3-7）/72=9.9，TMSI，（240*3-7）/40=17.8。每个寻呼分组最大容纳的IMSI个数为9，TMSI个数为17个。如果按照PBP=64帧，重复因子=4计算，寻呼分组=8计算，IMSI寻呼能力＝9×8/0.64/4=28次/秒。

这里的“其中７位是用户面对寻呼记录的编码”是什么意思？在PAGING TYPE1消息中是指那几个IE呢？
