Particular combination of skills Familiar with fix network planning principle, experience of network planning and design in multi-vendor network.
Familiar with microwave, optical, VSAT and other traditional fix network equipment from Huawei, NEC, ALU and EMC. Good communication skill, sensitive about the network risks.

Activities, tasks and deliverables weekly report and monthly maintenance report , incident report , weekly meeting with customer planning department, network planning report

JD OF CS
Familiar with and have good whole structure understanding of Huawei Core network and wireless network, fix network.
Good Experience of how to delivery or maintain the MSC/MGW/HLR equipment.
Good view of CS core-network planning and experience of net audit. Work experience as Core-network architecture engineer is welcome.Fluent English communication skill is basically required.
French speaker is welcome.
