gNB向UE发送RRC Setup消息时用到PDCCH的Search Space是如何确定的。

我的理解是这个时候RNTI是C-RNCI，所以PDCCH的search space应该是UE specific的 search space。那这个search space是如何确定的呢？ SIB1中给定的吗？

38.213 section 10里有描述。而且msg4用的是TC-RNTI；38.321 section 5.1.5：如果是cbra，contention resolution成功后将C-RNTI赋值为TC-RNTI。

6>  set the C-RNTI to the value of the TEMPORARY_C-RNTI;

5> discard the TEMPORARY_C-RNTI;

5> consider this Random Access proceduresuccessfully completed.
