数据揭示:RIS的“统治级”表现
2020–2025年,三大顶级期刊共评选出18篇年度唯一最佳论文,其中 RIS相关论文独占7篇(占比38.9%,接近四成)。这些论文累计被引 23,211次,篇均被引高达 1,290次;其中44%的论文被引超1,000次,22%超2,000次。更关键的是,RIS相关研究贡献了约37%的总引用量,单篇最高被引达 4,148次。这组数据充分彰显了RIS作为近年来通信领域最具代表性研究方向的地位:
2021年:1篇(TWC马可尼奖)——加冕“引用之王”,解决RIS能耗与反射效率的理论极限;
2022年:1篇(JSAC亚伯拉罕奖)——确立RIS在无小区网络中的架构地位;
2023年:1篇(JSAC亚伯拉罕奖)——打通通感一体化(ISAC)与物理层安全;
2024年:3篇(JSAC亚伯拉罕奖、TWC马可尼奖、TCOM莱斯奖)——史无前例的“大满贯”,三大顶刊最佳论文全部被RIS包揽;
2025年:1篇(JSAC亚伯拉罕奖)——定义新型功能形态:自感知RIS。 华人学者主导 中国确立学术领导地位
在7篇 RIS 获奖论文中,第一完成单位为中国本土高校的比例约为57%,第一作者为华人学者的比例为100%。其中,有4篇的第一完成单位为中国大陆高校,且均集中在2024年至2025年;所有7篇论文的第一作者均为华人学者——即便部分论文的第一完成单位并非中国本土高校,其核心研究力量也主要由华人团队组成。
另据不完全统计,自2020年以来,在《Nature》系列子刊发表的智能超表面(RIS)、超表面及信息超材料等相关领域论文中,第一作者来自中国机构或为华人的比例极高。中国学者不仅在论文数量上占优,更在质量和影响力上占据绝对主导地位,引领了该领域的研究方向并实现了关键技术突破。可以说,中国是全球RIS研究的‘策源地’和‘引领者’。凭借本土与海外华人研究力量的协同,中国学者在RIS这一前沿方向上确立了显著的学术领导地位。
