1 MS project PM
• Overall Manager of O & M of BSS, RAN, Transmission and Mobile Infrastructure
• Ensure Management reporting on O & M and participate in Management Meetings
• Corrective and Preventive maintenance of Nodes
• Take care of all O & M activities related to expansions, Migrations, Backup, Site commissioning, Fault Management etc.
• Conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for selection of personnel
• Identify training needs and make provisioning arrangements
• Maintain compliance to all the processes related to O & M
• Maintain all the KPI and SLA for O & M
• Co-ordinate with NOC, IM, NPO and Customer for O & M issues
• Co-Ordinate with Engineering and NOC Team for new nodes acceptance
• Handle all the Customer calls related to network outages
• Maintain Network availability as per agreed target
• Managing Network Opex
• Maintain resources like manpower, spare parts, vehicles • Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
• 5-6 years of experience in Telecom, Majority of which in O & M function
• Knowledge of network elements in domain expert area (TXN, BSS, RAN,); continue to develop expertise with current and emerging technologies
• Demonstrated Team Leading and Management Skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
• Experience in Operation and Maintenance function of mobile Network
• Able to work in shifts and holidays as required
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Able to communicate in English
2 MV OSS ITNM Engineer
1. Synchronize the activity with project team and update the output ;
2. Fulfillment the task of ITNM delivery actions;
3. Prepare the weekly meeting report or technical report as customer or project query ;
4. Customer complaint supporter for the local team ;
5。 Over than 3 years ITNM delivery experience
