Job Objective: Design the radiofunction solution from system view. Lead the technique team to implement thedesign and responsible the delivery of the product. You will work as Radiosystem design, which covering below areas: l Radio Functionsolution design l Function integrationon system level l Radio product designprocess handling l Participate the globalradio system activity l Responsible theproduct release Responsibilities: - Radio functions solutiondesign: define the radio function solution, especially related with HW part. - Radio functionintegration: integrate function on system level based on delivery from design - Trouble-shooting - Write related designdocument - Process control of productdevelopment - Pre-study task fornew technique or new product - Technicalcoordination within team Qualification & Requirement: - Deep understandingof telecom industry, especially on LTE system and 5G - Deep understandingof system role & responsibility - >3 years workingexperience in base station design - Usage of relatedinstruments - Master or above,major in EE, CS, or similar - Well organized andhave structure thinking - Initiative andpositive personal personality
