ITMS solution/product development consultant/advisor:
ITO 解决方案专家 ITO专家负责设计IT及网络基础设施及数据中心的运维管理方案的设计，以满足客户的IT运维SLA要求，同时在IT外包场景下设计运维T&T方案，以实现既定的成本节省目标。ITO架构师负责：
1、收集客户的需求和痛点
2、设计有竞争力的方案，解决客户的痛点，满足客户的要求。
3、起草SOW及主要服务条款并和客户达成一致。
4、主导服务部分的尽职调查，主导管理服务部分的合同谈判。
5、在服务移管，服务改良转型，服务交付阶段为团队提供技术指导。 To support Huawei’s global Enterprise IT/Cloud Managed Services business, we have streamlined the R&R’s for our consultant team. Currently we have 3 major functional teams (namely, Solution Sales Support, Solution & Product Development, and Delivery Management) within the ITMS group which is to manage Huawei’s global enterprise ITMS business. Consultants will work in these functional teams based on their experience and Huawei’s business needs. JDs for each role are listed below 10+ years direct experience in IT/Cloud Managed Services domain, SME for service solution/product development, pre-sale solution development, ITIL/DevOps related process/SOP, Transition & Transformation, IT security, etc.
Based in Shenzhen/China, global travel on demand 1. Lead or support key ITMS solution/product development (i.e. IT Infrastructure Management, Cloud DC Management, etc) covering major service R&D activities (i.e. charter, roadmap, specification, scope/WBS, process/SOP, etc).
2. Support pre-sales solution (SOW/SLA, solution proposal & clarification, Due Diligence, contracting) for global key projects.
3. Support finance team to develop ITMS project business cases and related tools.
4. Support key projects delivery Transition & Transformation.
5. Participate in delivery platform & tools evaluation, selection, development, and rollout.
6. To provide training to junior and regional staff to improve their competencies.
7. Other related ad-hoc tasks by management on demand.
8. 10+ years direct experience in IT/Cloud Managed Services domain, SME for service solution/product development, pre-sale solution development, ITIL/DevOps related process/SOP, Transition & Transformation, IT security, etc.
