Infinera Announces Intent to Acquire Coriant

I am pleased to inform you of an important development for Infinera and our customers. Moments ago, we announced that Infinera has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Coriant, Inc., a global supplier of networking solutions for service providers and web-scale internet operators. The press release we issued earlier today can be found here.

Our industry has never been more dynamic, with a once-in-a-decade architectural transformation underway in optical networks. This is driven by 5G mobile, residential broadband and hyper-scale data center interconnect initiatives. 主要就是光网络产品，从SDH/SONET，到DWDM/OTN，其他产品很少，基本也是围绕光传输做的

英飞朗可以借助科锐安在国内的渠道销售比较有竞争力的OTN产品
