Infinera Announces Intent to Acquire Coriant

Moments ago, we announced that Infinera has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Coriant, Inc., a global supplier of networking solutions for service providers and web-scale internet operators. This is driven by 5G mobile, residential broadband and hyper-scale data center interconnect initiatives.
