其中为N_DL_RB=50RB的情况计算L_format0。

只有Resource block assignment and hopping resource allocation字段是变长的。对于50RB，其长度为ceil( log2(50*51/2) ) = 11

其它字段长度为：
Flag for format0/format1A differentiation 1
Frequency hopping flag 1
Modulation and coding scheme and redundancy version 5
New data indicator 1
TPC command for scheduled PUSCH 2
Cyclic shift for DM RS 3
CQI request 1



以上为14bit


于是L_format0 = 14 + 11 + 16 (CRC) = 41 (bit)


可是书上给的是42 bit。不解啊。
