Main Purpose of job l Be responsible for IP/ Datacom products and the after-sales technical support (Implementation & Maintenance) in the field of IP/ Datacom Network Product l Support the customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main service provider accounts. l Deployment of all types of IP/ Datacom Network Elements. l Promote IP (Datacom) solution in the account through effective technical delivery. l Planning, and design of IPRAN to deliver capacity and quality KPIs l Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team. l Handle customer service request and track the SLA. l The implementation and delivery for IP network project l Summarize network sorted out issues and output case or product solutions on knowledge base. l Design communications diagrams and solution based on customer requirements.
Job Specific Requirements Skills and competencies l Good understanding of datacom, Solid experience of IP, MPLS, BGP/MP-BGP, traffic engineering and IP network design. l More than 5 years working experience on IP projects delivery. l Expert knowledge of TCP/IP and the OSI model l Have IP-core or IP-ran network technical director experience. Experience with operators, other telecoms equipment suppliers or system integration suppliers is an advantage l Very strong hands-on skills with extensive experience in the troubleshooting and solving complex network related issues. l Need to be familiar with TCP/IP routing protocol and IP network design l Understand the procedure of telecommunication project implementation and maintenance procedure. l Good service spirit and strong communication ability l Good team work and fluent English, mandarin speaking is preferred
Other Requirement l Candidate with certifications of CCIE or HCIE is preferred l Candidate worked in telecommunication operators or Ericsson, Huawei vendors is preferred l Candidate with rich experience on carrier network design, planning and audit is preferred l Strong push, alignment and coordination skills Please also recommend the ones who worked in China Mobile or China Telcoms on carrier network design and optimization, including IP Core, IP RAN, DWDM network etc.
